Q1. Are you a manufacturing factory or trading company? What’s your specialists?

Laidishine is a manufacturer of LED light for commercial refrigerated showcases, cold storage rooms, retail ceilings and retail dry shelves.

Q2. Can I label my company logo on Laidishine products?

Yes, Laidishine provides customized labels for massive production. You can provide us with your logo in PDF, AI, or EPS format.

Q3. Can you export the goods directly?

Yes, Laidishine can export the goods to overseas markets directly.

Q4. How soon can I hear from you after submitting the messages or inquiry?

Q5. What’s your requirements for minimum order quantity?

We do have MOQ requirements for the orders. You will find the specific quantity requirements on the product pages.

Q6. What’s your warranty?

It’s based on the products that you inquiry. Some are 5 years, some are 3 years or 2 years. Please reach out to our sales experts for details.

Q7. How soon can I get the samples?

For standard products, it will take around 10-15 days from the production. But we do have stock for many items, especially for the under-shelf lighting.

Q8. What’s your trade and payment terms?

Trade terms: EXW, FOB, C&F, CIF

Payment terms: T/T, for sample orders it is 100% in advance. For bulk orders, it is 50% as deposits+ 50% before shipping.

Q9. Do you accept PayPal?

Sorry, currently we don’t accept PayPal.

Q10. Where is your company? Can I pay a visit?

Laidishine is located in Ningbo Zhejiang. 2~2.5 hours driving from Shanghai. We welcome your visit and send us a message first to let us know 😊

Q11. Do you already have the certificates which is required by customs and overseas markets?

Yes, Laidishine pays a lot of attention to making sure our products meet the market requirements and regulations. We already have the UL, CB, BIS, CE, ROSH certificates and we are working on more certificates. If there is any specific certificate that requires, please do let our sales experts know.

Q12. What’s your lead time?

Well, that’ll based on the products you select and the quantities. For the standard products in massive production, it is around 25-30 days.
